The Duo Behind the Mission

Founders Anthony and Missy McElroy bring decades of high-level event management and professional building to the stage. Missy’s deep roots in the music industry and event planning, paired with Anthony’s extensive background in sales and recruiting, create a unique strategic synergy. Together, they are a power duo destined to bring events to life through a curated mix of musicians, speakers, and storytellers who bridge the gap between generations.

Born from a Season of Change

Anthony and Missy wouldn’t necessarily recommend moving from Tennessee to Texas in the heart of a global pandemic, but that transition provided the quiet space to create and the margin to dream. It gave them a clear purpose: bringing people together again.

What started as a downtown Christmas concert evolved into a songwriters’ round that raised vital funds for local charity. With every event, volunteers stepped forward and the community showed up. Singers found their voices as storytellers found their rhythm in song, and the community—true to its name—became a community again.
